Meet the Founder & President

Nick, a third generation Civil Engineer from Texas, studied at Texas A&M University and holds his Texas Professional Engineer License.

Born in Austin, and raised across Texas has brought an understanding to the landscape of Central Texas and was the #1 choice for home upon graduating. With his longtime affinity for seeking and creating value, the real estate industry was also a clear choice.

His grandfather, CE, president and owner of fourteen successful heavy highway related companies and uncle, CE, with a full career building and maintaining Texas power plants for a single company, heavily influenced his life and perspective on the civil industry. With these and other examples in his youth, there was no doubt from a young age what profession would be chosen.

Nick’s experience spans all aspects of our civil supply chain (see Services). From the Construction Site to Design Production; from Design Lead to Client Management. He has consistently managed millions worth of civil design and had hands in 100+millions in infrastructure. Over the years, his efforts have enabled a population of 30,000+ and counting to have a place to call their home or work-space.

Adaptive by nature, his mindset is to prepare thoroughly and have a bias for action. Strategy and discussion lead a powerful will to produce relentlessly as proven with past performance. He uses the foundation of faith and family to guide decision making.
