Founder & President

Nick is a third-generation civil engineer with deep Texas roots and a proven track record of delivering high-impact infrastructure across the state. A proud graduate of Texas A&M University, he holds professional engineering licenses in both Texas and Colorado.

Raised across the diverse regions of Texas and ultimately settling in Central Texas, Nick developed a unique appreciation for the land, communities, and regulatory landscapes that define the state. From early on, the path to civil engineering was clear: his grandfather, a visionary entrepreneur, led fourteen heavy highway and site development companies; his uncle devoted his life to building and maintaining power plants across Texas. These family legacies instilled a deep respect for infrastructure, a love of hard work, and a lifelong pursuit of value creation.

Nick’s career spans the full spectrum of the civil supply chain. Highway construction, design production, project leadership, and client strategy. He has led the design and delivery of civil projects enabling housing, commerce, and mobility for over 30,000 residents and employees. With direct involvement in $100M+ of infrastructure work and millions in design management, Nick brings practical insight, technical rigor, and financial stewardship to every project.

Driven by preparation and a bias for action, Nick operates at the intersection of strategy and execution. His work is grounded in faith, family, and a belief in relentless value creation for clients, communities, and the next generation of Texans.
